Currier’s Market

Curriers Quality Market was owned by Jim Currier for over fifty years before retirement beckoned and he sold the store to Ray and Jessica Sweeney in 2020. The new owners saw an opportunity to remodel and upgrade the sprawling country store, and enlisted Coe + Coe for their permitting and architectural work.

Coe + Coe helped the owners obtain a building permit to get fire life safety and ADA approval. The new design included an enhanced entry and porch with ADA ramps, and allowed for a new sandwich deli, modern registers, and display cases throughout the grocery, hardware, gift and wine store. Extensive mechanical upgrades were also included.
