Parker Pie Restaurant Addition
Parker Pie Company is a pizza shop located in the back of Lake Parker Country Store. In 2012 Coe + Coe worked with the owner group, community creatives and restaurant management to renovate the old store and barn in compliance with fire life safety codes and department of health requirements. The result was a second bar and dining area, as well as a second floor community room and performance venue inside the historic barn shell.
