Foundry Street Apartments
Coe + Coe Architecture worked with Donza Construction to design and build a complex of three apartment buildings, each with five two-bedroom walkup units. The architectural design kept construction economy in mind while creating comfortable, spacious residences.
Coe + Coe also assisted with permitting, and adhering to Fire/Life Safety and ADA requirements.
